Custom Armoire
A handsome armoire to conceal a large flat-screen TV. Once bulky and deep, new pieces to conceal TVs can now be shallow! In keeping with the traditional furnishings and family antiques in this home, we designed a massive, yet thin profile for this TV and component piece. Several mini drawers for keys, controls, pencils and pens, etc. – lower cabinets with caning panels for attractive texture with airy and accessible connection for components. Beautifully detailed with sold radiused corners and beaded raised panels, hand sectioned tambour doors with all matching grain. Knotty alder offers rich crevices along with the beaded raised panels to receive stain in concentration and additional dark glazing for depth and interest.
