This fashionable young couple relocated from the fast lane of an urban lifestyle to the quiet rural environs of the Rio Grande Valley. The existing structure presents a rich collection of finishes in the rough beams, slate floors and sandstone fireplaces. In contrast to these earthen elements we splashed color and infused elegant clean lines to compliment the crisp but rugged architecture. The owner procured this novel stage light for dramatic lighting effects that can be moved around the room to change the accents, focal points and mood for parties. Large scale retro-floral fabric and custom iron hardware dress the large expanse of sliding glass doors. Vibrant colors are cheerfully sophisticated throughout this interior and playfully clustered glass pendant lights dangle over the new dining scene, while the bedrooms offer quiet reprieve.
