Before & After Slideshow

New owners purchased this large apartment complex at the foothills of the Sandia mountains. They wanted to present a new “feel” that would update the interior of the clubhouse with a more “on-trend” look, emphasizing an organic design direction. They called us after having started the new interior. They already had the textural white backdrop to the point of arrival reception counter at the leasing office and the cabinetry and work surfaces in that area. A few pieces of furniture had been purchased and we were assigned to finish the scene.

We found a sofa and a loveseat and had the loveseat enlarged to match the sofa. Both were reupholstered in a linen-like fabric – commercially rated and durable – to flank the existing coffee table and frame the existing credenza. We reupholstered four parsons chairs at an existing table, purchased all of the accessories to outfit the kitchen, coffee table, wall art, live plants and drapery panels. We acquired two additional small barrel-frame chairs and had them reupholstered with a handsome black and tan tweed.

The workout room received a new coat of turquoise paint to brighten up the otherwise bland white-walled environment.

New patio furniture was purchased and three outdoor living room areas were furnished with bronzed aluminum lounge furniture and dining sets. New indoor/outdoor rugs complement the comfortable outdoor seating areas.

New light fixtures replaced dated lanterns around the exterior. We placed a new bench and planters at the entry.

This transformation brought this property up to speed, attracts potential new residents, and provides wonderful common area spaces for the Reserve community to enjoy.
